Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Platform Role

StyldBy, operated by Twiss Mystic LLC, is a software platform that connects independent stylists with clients. StyldBy does not provide styling services and is not a party to any agreements between stylists and clients.

2. Subscription Fees (Stylists)

Stylist subscriptions are billed through Stripe. All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial use, cancellations, or account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Client ↔ Stylist Payments

Payments between clients and stylists are handled directly through third-party services such as Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal. StyldBy is not responsible for issuing, processing, or enforcing refunds for any stylist-client transactions.

4. Refunds & Disputes

Refund requests must be handled directly between the client and the stylist. StyldBy may, at its sole discretion, investigate reports of stylist misconduct or failure to deliver services, and may suspend or ban stylists. However, StyldBy has no obligation to issue refunds or intervene in financial disputes.

5. Cancellations

Stylists may cancel subscriptions anytime through their account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Clients must request cancellations directly with the stylist they booked.
